These personal space booths are open on top and allow a piece of the sky or ceiling detail to be framed and block out other unwanted views. Their collapsible tent-like construction allows them to be installed quickly and subversively at any public location in need of time-out seats, or personal reflection booths. This work was conceived to add a human element to the Cold Upstate Utica Spring, that I experienced at Sculpture Space. Entirely conceived and executed in Utica.

Installations around Utica, New York with the help of the Students in the Art Department at Mohawk Valley Community College.

This in in the Union Square Train Station.
