"It's Exercise Time!" is a participatory performance and exhibition regarding exercise and instruction as a high form of participatory art.
The show and project includes workout circuits around Hamtramck (using the city as my training ground), interacting with the town in different ways, and engaging gallery goers in interactive Art-Fit gallery exercise circuit and participatory aerobic Jessercise classes.
